Originally from Brittany, France, Guillaume discovered a passion for cooking as a youth and was inspired by his surroundings.  Now, with nearly two decades of international cooking under his belt, Chef Guillaume leads Michelin-Recommended BACÁN and is excited to bring a French touch to Garni Café.

Chef De Cuisine James Griffin has been part of the Lake Nona Wave Hotel team since the hotels opening and was part of the Michelin-recognized team at BACAN.
